Supporter's Club

Formed in September 2003 the club is currently in its fourth season. We aim to provide an opportunity for locally based Villa supporters to meet on a regular fortnightly basis, every other Wednesday throughout the year.

Through the emerging network, people will have a chance to exchange views, offer lifts/ tickets etc and be kept abreast of all Villa related topics.

In our first season we ran coaches to a number of games, were honoured by the visit of Dennis Mortimer to an open forum and had an exclusive guided tour of Villa Park in July 2004. This coupled with video/ DVD nights and organised trips to the Academy Bar/ Holte Suite on match days have been enjoyable occasions for all concerned.

The second season saw us running coaches to all of the weekend home matches, irrespective as to daytime kick-off times. We have been extremely successful, filling the coach on the majority of occasions.

In season 2006-2007 we ran coaches to the majority of home games and took in around half a dozen away games, which proved extremely succesful and as a consequence, could see us running at least that many away excursions in the 2007-2008 season. 2006-2007 also saw Colin Gibson coming over to host a very enjoyable forum and we undertook our inaugural summer Bar-B-Q on a horribly wet June evening, however a great night was had by all.

We aim to host many other events/ attractions throughout the coming season and would be delighted to hear from anyone throughout the local area, interested in coming along to join us. We are geared up to ensure that any profits are put back in to the supporters club for the benefit of everyone involved in it.
